1. Eligibility

ApexGrad services are designed for college students and recent graduates. By booking a service, you confirm that the information you provide to ApexGrad (name, email, college, existing resume / LinkedIn, target roles) is accurate and your own.

2. Service scope

ApexGrad services are productized — each service has a fixed scope, fixed deliverables, and a fixed turnaround at a flat ₹799. Out-of-scope requests will either be declined or scoped as a separate engagement with new pricing.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by ApexGrad's third-party payment partner. You receive a 100% refund if you cancel before your strategist begins work. Once work has begun (resume drafting, LinkedIn rewrite, mock-interview scheduling, mentor call confirmation), refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

4. Intellectual property

All deliverables (resume, LinkedIn copy, written feedback, roadmaps, banner briefs) become your property once paid for. You may use them on personal applications, social profiles, and job platforms. You may not resell ApexGrad templates, frameworks, or written feedback to third parties.

5. Code of conduct

ApexGrad operates an inclusive professional service. Harassment, plagiarism, abuse of mentors, or violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

ApexGrad provides career services. ApexGrad does not guarantee specific job outcomes; placement success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
