ApexGrad programmes are designed for college students and recent graduates. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide to ApexGrad is accurate.

2. Programme access

ApexGrad grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access programme content. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish ApexGrad content without written consent.

3. Payments and refunds

Programme fees are processed by ApexGrad's third-party payment partner. ApexGrad offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of cohort kickoff. Subsequent refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Code of conduct

ApexGrad operates an inclusive learning community. Harassment, plagiarism, or violation of intellectual property rights will result in removal from the ApexGrad programme without refund.

5. Limitation of liability

ApexGrad provides career-readiness training. ApexGrad does not guarantee specific job outcomes; placement success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
